ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE SURVEY

This questionnaire yields information about employees’ attitudes towards key predictors of organizational performance: 1) Employees’ level of satisfaction with the workplace; 2) The effectiveness of the communication system within the organization and; 3) the nature of the employees’ relationships with their direct supervisor. An additional custom section allows the organization to query its employees about central issues of particular relevance.

This information can have several purposes:
